House Rules &
Core Values
01
Living Standard: W.O.R.D. House LLC is a rooming house, not a sober living home. For the sake of safety and security, there will be no mind or mood altering substances on the premises. Random screenings help maintain this standard for our entire community.
02
Community Contribution: Each resident is responsible for daily house chores and active participation in weekly community meetings. Shared efforts foster a clean, organized, and supportive living environment for everyone.
03
Safety & Security Protocol: For the sake of safety, the house is locked down after 11pm Mon.–Thur. and the house shuts down at 1am on Friday and Saturday. Consistency in these protocols is essential for a stable living environment.
04
Employment & Purpose: Residents are expected to be employed, seeking employment, or enrolled in school. Building a productive, purpose-driven life is foundational to the living experience at W.O.R.D. House.
05
Mutual Respect: A zero-tolerance policy exists for violence, theft, or verbal harassment. Every member of the house deserves to feel safe and respected in their personal living space and shared areas.
